Our client is looking to recruit a competent and organised Customer Service Administrator. You will based remotely, and the point of contact for both existing and new customers who are enquiring about products plus offering sales administration process.

Package :

  • £22k per annum starting salary
  • 10% annual discretionary bonus taking starting salary up to £24,2k

Responsibilities :

  • Providing exceptional levels of customer support to both prospect and existing customers
  • Advising new customers on products, whilst providing quotation, processing customer orders and handling calls relating to all matters relating to sales administration
  • Activating products and services with the CRM system
  • Staying up t date with new products and features to be able to advise customers accordingly
  • All associated administration and data entry tasks
  • Responding to customer billing and contract enquiries and updating records inhouse accurately

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a customer service and administration / office role
  • It would be highly desirable if you have experience working within the lettings, property management or residential sales
  • Excellent customer service skills, able to ensure customers receive a positive experience through their journey with the company
  • Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written and able to develop relationships with other departments and customers with ease and professionalism
  • Able to remain calm under pressure, work in a fast-paced environment and be able to problem solve and think outside of the box
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Able to pick up new software packages and understand new technology quickly.
