Our client is looking for an accomplished Marketing Manager to continue the success and development of all marketing initiatives for their high profile business. 

Working alongside several other managers, you will need to be proactive in increasing their presence in the local, national and global market place.  Growing success through all available channels in the hospitality industry.

  • Evoking successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders to pull together marketing requirements and work closely with other managers on promotions, offers and planning to keep revenue streams on target with budgets set.
  • Creating marketing initiatives to attract new and prospective clients and ensuring the marketing and sales objectives of the business are working together.
  • Devise and communicate pragmatic plans for the achievement of strategic goals as proposed by Head of Brand and Marketing Strategy, Hotel Manager, Managing Director, and other senior management.
  • Winning new business and consolidate relationships with existing accounts.
  • Produce statistical reports on the sales achieved through marketing outcomes whilst assisting on other sales strategies to attract guests to all the hotel’s facilities and reporting this feedback to the senior management team.
  • Working with the Events team to drive conferencing, events and wedding parties, through planned and reactive activity and constant review.
  • Financial duties including planning yearly budgets in advance and in collaboration with the Financial Controller, Managing Director and Head of Brand and Marketing Strategy. Keep actual and forecast plan up to date monthly for review.
  • Team management - ensuring the human resources processes are operated effectively and efficiently, performance management, motivating and inspiring staff.
  • Ensure an exemplary service is delivered without fail to a 5 star criteria – care for guests is paramount.


Will have a proven track record as a Marketing Manager or in a similar capacity within the Travel/Hospitality sector.

  • Be confident in building and maintaining successful long-term working relationships.
  • Possess exceptional organisational skills, able to prioritise own workload and work to tight deadlines.
  • Have excellent time and resource management skills.
  • Be able to lead and inspire marketing department to maximise output and success in the team.
  • Be able to implement well thought out and researched sales and marketing strategies.
  • Will support and co-operate with all areas of the business in an inspirational manner.
