My client has an exciting opening for an experience and competent HR Manager to join their growing organisation. You will have experience across all areas of the HR function and be able to deliver knowledgeable and professional personnel management across all department effectively.

  • Working with the department to ensure all functions of the HR department run as efficiently and effectively as possible
  • Supporting management and departments on both company and government HR legislation which in turn will lead to compliant and positive recruitment / HR experiences for all
  • Maintaining all compliance levels and ensuring these are not comprised
  • Leading the recruitment function including talent searching, interview processes and finding solutions and improvements for retention and specialised roles
  • Coaching department heads of positive HR accountability and aiding with training and further support if required
  • Advise, support and oversee all employee relations issues including Grievances, Disciplinary and Performance Management
  • Identifying and implementing recruitment initiative and activity to create further success for the department and company
  • Advising and overseeing all employee issues and processes including Performance, Disciplinary and Grievances in line with company and government standards
  • Overseeing payroll and admin processes


  • Essential you have a proven track record in HR Manager roles
  • Min Level 5 CIPD qualifications or higher
  • All industry experience will be considered, travel / hotel / hospitality experience and or exposure would be desirable
  • Confident working in large companies within HR function
  • Able to work on multiple tasks and functions at any given time, able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Through understanding of the HR functions and legal / compliance side of the role
  • Excellent customer service skills and able to evoke successful working relationships with ease , whether it be with staff, senior management or external parties
  • Can do attitude, able to self-motivate and driven
  • Leadership abilities, able to enthuse and coach managers from other departments to ensure the best HR service possible
