Our client within the public sector has immediate openings for Call Centre / Customer service candidates, working from home or the office in Truro within a Control Centre Operator capacity.
The role is handling calls at the 24/7 centre, monitoring lifelines and care and providing out of hours service including repairs and emergencies. This role is working on a rotating shift pattern (detailed below).
Shifts are early 6.45am to 3pm, Late: 3pm to 11pm, Nights: 10.45pm to 7am and days 10am to 6pm these normally work on a 5 shifts on 5 days off (5 days on late shift, 5 days off then 5 days on night shift and 5 days off for example) additional ad hoc shifts will be available as required.
