Full Time Contract

Our client, local authority is looking to recruit a case administrator to join their team. This role is working from home but there maybe times you will need to attend the office in Totnes.

Package:

  • Ongoing contract, till Sept 2021 initially
  • Weekly pay
  • Holiday pay on top
  • Monday to Friday 9am-5pm working hours
  • £10.41ph

Responsibilities:

  • Answering calls and dealing with enquiries, issues and questions
  • All associated paperwork and admin tasks
  • Travelling to various appointments and meetings through the districts
  • Customer service tasks, resolving complaints and problems as and when arise
  • Proactively commitment to provide excellent levels of customer engagement and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Previous administration experience where you have managed own case load of work / multiple projects at any given time
  • Exceptional customer service skills, able to communicate with people from all backgrounds and also various levels of seniority
  • Well organised, methodical and able to manage own workload and cases, in line with set deadlines
  • Problem solving and decision-making abilities
  • Good understanding of the public sector / council environment would be advantageous as would an understanding of waste and recycling services
  • Good all-round computer / IT skills
