Our client is looking to recruit Customer Support Analyst/ Helpdesk Analyst to join their hugely successful growing team. This is based on a nine month fixed term contract initially. It could lead to a permanent contract thereafter but no guarantees.

You will be pivotal in ensuring software customer receive and experience exceptional levels of support and customer service throughout their journey with the company. You will be working for a market leader in the sector and will have unrivalled career development opportunities and benefits too. This role is a mixture of home and office working.

Package :

  • Starting salary of £21,600 per annum

  • 1st and 2nd line support calls and all tasks associated with
  • Answering calls and support the positive outcome of these in line with company guidelines
  • Obtaining the required information and support to resolve the case for the customer
  • Learning the company’s products and developing knowledge to be able to support the customer effectively
  • Carrying out all calls in a highly professional and friendly manner
  • Updating in house systems to log calls and following these up when required to update customer on the progress of their call/issue/requests
  • Associated administrative tasks.


  • Previous experience in a complex customer service role where you have dealt with customers from their initial contact to the end of the journey where there has been a resolution / outcome.
  • Previous 1st or 2nd line support environment experience and or experience of the property sector would be highly advantageous.
  • Able to manage expectations for the customer
  • Able to work on multiple tasks at any time and manage own workload.
  • Excellent IT skills, able to pick up new packages with ease.
  • Understanding of MS Office and Google Suite
  • Previous 1st or 2nd line support environment experience and or experience of the property sector would be highly advantageous.
  • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service skills and able to demonstrate this at a high level.
