My client is looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join their busy team. You will have ideally previous experience working in hotels or fine dining environments and have a passion for delivering excellent levels of customer service within the hospitality sector.

Responsibilities
- Able to work under pressure producing excellent quality food
- Assist with creating menus and new dishes utilising produce available alongside the Head Chef
Assisting with recruitment of junior staff including training and support
- Working with suppliers including ordering and negotiation
- Supervising food preparation and presentation to ensure quality and restaurant standards
Requirements
- Previous CDP/Junior Sous Chef experience within high end food environment
- Confident using quality ingredients and producing food to a high standard consistently
- Able to motivate and inspire less experienced members of the kitchen
- A passion for the cooking
- Flexible to working hours
- A team player but able to work on own initiative
- Ambitious and career driven
