My client is looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead an excellent team in a busy holiday park kitchen focusing on high quality food at reasonable prices. Great opening hours of 8am – 8pm and a healthy 40-hour work week.


- £35-37k per annum salary

- 10% of salary performance-based bonus

- 40 hours per week

- 5 days out of 7

- Preparing and planning service and menu updates in collaboration with restaurant manager including breakfasts, lunches, specials, and the all-important Sunday Roast

- Working with front of house staff to ensure a great service

- Ensuring kitchen is clean at all times

- Following all guidelines in place to ensure kitchen is not breaching any health and safety regulations

- Able to deal with stock takes and ordering

- Customer service duties when required, talking to customers


- Proven ability of managing a busy kitchen producing high quality meals every time

- Thorough understanding of health and safety rules relating to the kitchen / hospitality sector

- Able to work under pressure and well as part of a team but also able to work alone and able to remain calm and not compromise quality

- Reliable and committed attitude to work
