Front of House Staff - Hours to suit you! Immediate Start - Newquay

My client is looking for friendly staff to join their busy front of house / restaurant team. Initially on an agency basis, which means you can pick and choose your shifts and the days you work. You can work as many or as little hours as suits you. Part or full time seasonal / permanent contracts available if you enjoy the role also.

Shifts including 7am-3pm, 10am-6pm, 12pm-8pm and 3pm-11pm - flexibility as to what you work.

Duties will include:

• Taking orders and ensuring special requirements and requests are actioned
• Serving food and drink
• Offering advice on the menu and giving recommendations
• Delivering excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Working in line with company policies and targets

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience previously working in a front of house / waiting / fine dining environment would be preferred but full training is given, so customer service skills and a cheery disposition is more than enough! : )
• Exceptional customer service skills, able to chat with guests and give them a positive dining experience.
• Friendly and approachable, which remaining professional and polite
• Able to work at speed and under pressure.
